Where can I buy carne seca in the UK?

My Brazil sells Brazilian salted dried beef (carne seca) online with UK delivery, together with the other feijoada meats.

How many people does 1 kg of black beans feed?

About 8 to 10 people as a feijoada with rice and the usual sides.

Can I make feijoada without pork?

Yes. Use carne seca, beef ribs and beef sausage instead of the pork cuts. It is not traditional, but it is still delicious.
